2011 has been designated as the International Year of Forests by the United Nations. There is no better time than now to encourage Canada’s next generation to connect with their wild neighbours of the forest, and share their passion through art, writing, photography and video.
The contest will launch on April 10, 2011 (National Wildlife Week) and run until May 23. Launch events will be held all across canada, so check out the Get to Know website for event listings in your area!
